Return and Refund Policy

At Sinclair Clothiers, we sell and ship our products to customers across the United Kingdom. This policy complies with UK consumer protection laws and Shopify Payments requirements.

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with UK law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;

  • Have all original tags attached;

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items damaged due to misuse;

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed;

  • Final sale items, where clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, as required by UK regulations.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect;

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All related costs will be covered by Sinclair Clothiers.
