Return Conditions Returned items must:

Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, as required by UK regulations.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All related costs will be covered by Sinclair Clothiers.
